Return Policy

Products only may be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are redeemable for services at DASHA® "independent client providers” and cannot be used for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or otherwise covered by insurance. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. To check the balance on a Gift Certificate, call 212.755.7700. The card cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. DASHA® is not responsible for a lost or stolen card.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
